What a fine day yesterday WUZ
My mom protested her Bexar County Tax Appraisal today, and I went in as color guard. She got some bucks off, but not enough by my standard. The place is rigged. Taxes suck.Did a run to the UPS store to drop of an eBay package, then to Ace Hardware, to pick up some weed-whacker twine, then to HEB for pet food, and finally to Dairy Queen, to pick up dinner. Yah-hoo.
Carl W. came by and spent a few hours with us, talking about web and such. Then Joe and I did a ton of research for the upcomming SA Calendar by the Esparanza Society. Texas is a unique place, and I was born here.
